On Thursday January, twenty eight 2010, I had got up from my bed at eight thirty in the morning. So I had walked over to sit in my wheelchair then I had wheeled in to my bath room to take a shower. After I had got all dried off I wheeled in to my bed room to sit on my light blue recliner chair to get myself all dress. Later I had wheeled out and in to the kitchen to have a bowl of oat meal to eat and a glass of orange juice to drink and a ccup of hot tea to drink too. When I were all done I had took my empty bowl and my empty glass and cup too and I had put them in the dish washer and then I had wheeled back in to my bed room and I had watched my television for a few minutes. At eleven thirty in the after noon a staff person named Candy had loaded me in the van and she had drove me to Winchester hospital so that a doctor can look at a moll on my back and to give me some creme for my right leg. Later we had rode back to my house in North Reading called the McLaughlin house.

On Saturday January twenty third, 2010, I had woke up from my bed at eight thirty in the morning. So I had walked by holding on to my four prong cane with my good left hand and I sat in my wheelchair and wheeled in to my bath room to take a shower. Later after I had dried off I had got dress while I was sitting in my light blue recliner chair. Then later I had stood up and transfered in to my wheelchair and then I had opened my bed room door to wheel out and in to the kitchen to have a bowl of oat meal to eat for my breakfast and I had a glass of orange juice to drink. Later I had wheeled over to the dunking donut restaurant to order a cup of coffee and I had even drank my hazle nut coffee at the dunking donut restaurant too. So I were talking to some people at the dunking donut restaurant too So later it was twelve o"clock in the afternoon so I had wheeled back across the big wide parking lot and I had went in to my house in North Reading to take my jacket off and then I hanged my jjacket on a hanger then I had wheeled out and in to the kitchen for lunch

On Thursday January twenty first 2010, I had woke up from my sleep at eight thirty in the morning. So I had walked over to my wheelchair holding on to my four prong cane with my left hand and then I had sat in my wheelchair too. Later I had wheeled in to my bath room to take a shower. After I had dried off I had got dressed while I were sitting in my light blue recliner chair while I was getting dress. A few minutes later I had called a staff person on my telephone and a very, very, beautiful lady named Else had came in to my bed room to help me to put on my right shoe on my right foot. When I had bothe of my shoe"s on my feet I took a walk holding on to my four prong cane around my house two times. Then when I had sat back down in my wheelchair I had wheeled in to the kitchen to have a bowl of oat meal to eat and a peace of whole weat toast to eat too and a glass of orange juice and a warm cup of tea to drink. When I had brought my empty cup and bowl to the dish washer I had wheeled back to my bed room and then I had sat down in my blue recliner chair and a female staff person put my great big Iron easle in front of me and she had put a canvus board on my great big Iron easle and she had poured a bit of the different color ocrilic paints that I wanted on my palit board. Then she gave me all the different paint brush I wanted in a warm cup of water and then I started painting a great picture. Infact when I had got finish with painting one picture I had painted another picture on another canvust bourd. Later after I had walked around my house holding on to my four prong cane with my one good hand I had decided to go over to dunking donut restaurant. So I had wheeled to the front door to wheel out side. Then I had wheeled down the wide parking lot and then I had turn right to wheel along the short side walk and I had wheeled to dunking donuts to go in to the dunking donut restaurat to order a hazle nut coffee to drink at a table there. But when I had wheeled back to my house my right wheel had gotten stuck in a great big patch of icy snow. So a female staff lady named Candy helped pull me out of the snow my case mannager named Frank had came down the drive way to help her. Because she had a tuff time pulling my wheelchair out of the Icy snow as well. Then my case manager Frank had pushed me in my wheelchair up the long very wide drive way and then he had pushed me in the house. A hour had past until it was growing darker and darker until after I had ate my dinner I had wheeled in to my bed room to watch my television for a while. Then it was eleven at night so I had went to bed to sleep.

On Tuesday January nineteenth 2010, I had got up from my bed at six o"clock in the morning and I had transfered to my wheelchair. Then I had wheeled in to my bath room to take a shower later I had dried my self off. Later in my bed room I had got all dress while sitting on my light blue recliner chair. So when I were all dress I walked around my house with my four prong cane. When I had walked all of the way around my house I sat in my wheelchair and wheeled to the kitchen to have a warm bowl of oat meal to eat and I had a glass of orange juice to drink and a hot cup of coffee to drink too. After I had put my empty cup and bowl in to the dish washer I had wheeled back to my bed room to watch my television. Then at ten o"clock me and all of the residents went in to the great big pink room and we had said some prayers and we sang spiritual songs too. So a few minutes had past until I had to go to the Sovnor center building up in Danver"s to talk to a beautiful lady called Marredith,. So a driver had walked in to my house to push me out to his van and he had drove me to Danver"s. later in the Sovnor center in Danver"s I had spoke to Marridith, We had talked about different stuff and we talked about the things that I could remember too. So at 0ne o"clock the same driver came in to the Sovnor center building that is in Danver"s to drive me to my house in North Reading called the McLaughlin house. when I had arrived at my house in North Reading the driver had pushed me in my house and I had went in to my bed room to transfer in to my light blue recliner chair and I held my television box and then I turned on my television to watch for a while. Hours and hours later it was getting dark out side and after I walked with my four prong cane around my house in North Reading with a very beautiful lady at my side name Lisa, me and all of the residents gathered in to the great big pink room with a resident that live in the house with me his sister name Lareda and his brother inlaw name Jay. Me and all of the resideents including Lareda and Jay talk about what we used to do aand other things too. At eleven o'clock at night I had got in my bed and went to sleep.

On Thursday January fourteenth 2010, I had woke up from my sleep at eight-thirty in the morning. So I had walked to my wheelchair with my four prong cane to go in to the bath room to wash myself and then I dried myself too. Then when I were all dress I had wheeled out and in to the kitchen so that I could have a bowl of oat meal to eat and a glass of orange juice to drink. So later I had wheeled back to my bed room and later I had walked with my four prong cane around my house here in North Reading. When I had got to my wheelchair I had turned around and then I had took a seat. So I had wheel to the sign out sheet and I had signed out then I had wheeled to the front door to wheel out side and down the smented ramp. Then I had wheeled down the parking lot and then accross dunking donuts parking lot. So a person that works at the dunking donut restaurant had push me in my wheelchair up the short cement ramp and then in to the dunking donut restaurant. In side the dunking donut restaurant I had ordered a hazle nut coffee and a punking muffin so I had asked for my punking muffin heated up I had my warm punking muffin and my coffee brought over to the table and I had at my warm punking muffin and I had drank my hazle nut coffee at the table while I was listening to the television and talking to my friends too.

On Saturday January nineth, 2010, I rode to Spaulding Rehab for a support meeting with a staff person and two other resident that I live with named Bruce C. and Peter C. But at eight o"clock in the morning when I had arrived at the home goods parking lot in Reading a van driver drove into the home goods paring lot just to pick me up. Then he drove me to Medford to pick up another guy. So he drove to Spaulding and he calls the dispatcher on his cb radio and he said that there were no PCA there so the drive had to take the other pasenger to a building in Madipan so when he was there he walked with the person in side the building because he were blind. A few minutes later he had came out side to the van and he had drove me back to Spaulding hospital. I wonder why he did not push me in side the build there were a lot of people that could watch me or I could read a magizine while I were waiting for the meeting to start. I was glad that I had got at Spaulding on time for the meeting. I mean the drive did not think of taking me in to the Spaulding Rehab building and that dispatcher didn"t think of telling the driver to push me in to the Spaulding Rehab building. At the meeting I took the elevator up to the eightth, floor and in a room there were a lot of people that was sitting at some great big round tables listening to a few people that work there about keeping a new years resolution and other topics too. Later every body in the room ate a peice of birthday cake because it was the nineth annuversity that those peole built Spaulding Rehabe hospital. Later at one o"clock in the afternoon when I had rode back to the home goods parking lot in Reading I had rode in a van with a staff person and two residents that I live with like it should have been done when I rode there but it wasn"t At our house call the Mcluaghlin house in North Reading I had to eat my lunch which were a peanut butter and jelly sandwitch later I had been pushed in my wheel chair by a able bodied female resident named Judy Hicky, over to the dunking donut restaurant were I had ordered a blue berry tea and I had drank my blu berry tea over at the table. At eleven o"cloccck at night I my going go to bed in my bed room.

On Thursday January seventh 2010 I had woke up from my deep sleep at nine o"clock in the morning. Then I had walked with my shinny new light brown four prong cane to my wheelchair so that I could get dress. Later I had wheeled out to the table in the kitchen to have a bowl of crunch cold special kay cereal and a glass of orange juice. When I were finish my bowl of crunch cold special kay cereal and my glass of orange juice I had wheeled to the dish washer and then I put my empty bowl and glass in to the dish washer. So I had wheeled back to my bed room to watch my television for a little bit then I had wheeled to the dunking donut restaurant and I had ordered a cup of hazle nut coffee and a warm crandberry muffin that I had at over at a table in the dunking donut restaurant later I had wheeled back to my house

On Tuesday January fifth 2010, I had got up from my bed at seven thirty in the morning and I had walked to sit in my wheelchair to wheel in to my bath room to take a warm shower. After I had dried my self off I had wheeled back in to my bed room to get dress. Later a male staff person would walk with me out in to the kitchen and I held on to my light bright brown four prong cane and he would let me sit in a regular chair so I could eat a bowl of cold crunchy cereal. Then the male staff person would walk with me back to my bed room. Back at my bed room I would watch my television for a little bit, Then I would wheel in to the great big pink room to pray with the other residents and then I would sing some songs with the other residents too. At eleven o:clock in the after noon a drive would push me out to his van and push me on his vvan then he would drive me to Danver"s to the Sovner center so that I could talk to a blod beautiful lady named Marridith, A hour later the van was at the Sovner center building in Danver"s so the driver had unhooked my wheelchair then the driver had pushed me in to the sovnor center building that is in Danver"s. In side the Sovnor center I talked to a lovely woman named Marridith, We talked for a few minutes about different thing and some of my problems then at one o"clock she had called a driver to drive me to my house which is in North Reading. When Marridith was at the door she opened the door and then a driver had came for me to drive me to my house on his van. A hour went by and I was at my house in North Reading so when the drive had wheeled me in to my house I had wheeled to my bed room to take off my leather Patriate jacket then I had wheeled in to the kitchen to eat my lunch. Later I had to wheeled all of the way to the dunking donut restaurant but part of the was across the dunking donut parking lot I had my very, very, strong left foot pull my wheelchair across the parking lot. Later after I had drank my coffee there I had to pull my wheelchair all of the way back to mmy house with my very, very, strong left foot. A few hours later it was eleven o"clock at night. So I had went to bed and to sleep too nighty, night,
