On Saturday August twenty-eightth 2010, I had woke up from my bed at six o"clock in the morning and I had grabbed my four prong cane to walk to my wheelchair. Then I had wheeled to my bath room to wash up then I would dry myself too. So I had opened my bed room door and I had wheeled out to the kitchen to eat my bowl of cereal and I had drank my can of v8 juice. Later I had wheeled back in to my bed room to brush my teeth and then I had wheeled out of my bed room and I had lock my bed room door with my key too. So I had wheeled out to the van and I had rode to the Wuburn Rehab. A few minutes later in the Woburn Rehab hospital me and a few people had a meeting up stairs. All of the people in the meeting including me got in a great big circle and we all would talk about the up and coming events and meetings too. Then every body at the meeting including me had got to bring up our own topic of descution. Later I had rode back to my house to eat my lunch. After lunch my mother had come over to my house to talk too me for a few minutes and later my mother had drove back to her condo in reever. Later I had wheeled back to my bed room too watch some television for a little while.

On August nine-teenth 2010 I had woke up from my bed at seven thirty in the morning and I had transfered in to my wheelchair. When I had put on my dark blue shorts I had wheeled to my bath room to wash myself then I had wheeled back in to my bed room to put on my dark green short sleeve shirt. Then I had wheeled to my bed room door to open my door so I could put the door stopped beneath the door to prevent the door from closing so I had wheeled bach to my dark blue recliner chair to turn on my television so I had my television clicker in my left hand and I had watch a great movie called Tommy boy staring Chris Farly it was a very, very, funny and hularius movie. Part way through the movie a beautiful female nurse came in my bed room to help me put on my right leg brases and shoes so that I could get in my wheelchair and I had wheeled out of my bed room and then in to the kitchen so the I could eat my bowl of crunchy cereal called heart to heart, and I also had drank my warm cup of tea and my glass of orange juice too. Later I had brough my empty cups over to the kitchen dish washer so I can put them in the dish washer. So then I had wheeled back to my bed room to watch my television for a littl while later I had got my four prong cane and I walked around my house with another very, very, beautiful female staff person named Wolfein, Later I had sat down in my wheelchair and I had wheeled out side and then down the cemented ramp and then I had wheeled right in to the garage to transfer in my dark blue motor scooter so that I could drive to the dunking donut restaurant. A few minutes later when I had driven in to the dunking donute restaurant sitting on my dark blue motor scooter I had ordered a cup of warm blue berry tea and then I brought my cup of warm blue berry tea over to the little square table. Then I had drove over to talk to a guy named Bob that works there I had told him that I had went to the Red Sox game on Tuesday August seveteen 2010 with all of the residents from my house and a lot of staff people too. and the Red Sox had played the angels and the Red Sox had won too Later we all had rod to our house at eleven thirty at mid night. When I had arrived back to my house I had wheeled in to my bed roon a when I had got ready for bed it was twelve o:clock at mid night so I had weent to sleep in my bed.

On Tuesday August eight-teen 2010, I had woke up from my sleep at seven o:clock in the morning and I had got in my wheelchair. So I had wheeled over to my bath room to slide the door open and so I had just wheeled in to take a shower myself. When I had got dried off I had wheeled back in to my bed room to get all dress. Then I had opened my door and then I had wheeled out to the kitchen and a bowl of cereal was on the table at my spot and a cup of coffee and a glass of juice too. So I had wheeled over to my spot at the kitchen table to eat my crunchy strawberry cereal and I would drink my cup of coffee and my glass of orange juice too. When I were all done I would take my empty bowl, my empty cup and glass over to the dish washer and then I would wheel back to my bed room to watch my television for a bit then I would grab my four prong cane to walk around my house for a little bit. So when I had walked back to sit in my wheelchair I had wheeled into the great big pick room to wait for a lady name Donner to arrive at my house so me and all of the clients here could pray and then sing some spiritual song

On Monday morning I had woke up from my sleep at seven o:clock in the morning and then I had sat down in my wheelchair. So I got all washed and dry too and I had help getting all dress too. So I had wheeled to the kitchen in my wheelchair and I had wheeled up to the kitchen table to eat my bowl of crunchy cold cereal and I had a glass of orange juice and a cup of warm coffee too. When a female staff person name Elsy, had came in to the kitchen I had told her about what me George, Peter Choprac, and Bruce Clark on Sunday August first 2010 I had said to Elsy we had went on a great big ship with a female staff person named Judy Downs called the spirit of Boston Harbor cruise. When me, Peter, Bruce and Jude had arrived in Boston we had got off of the vans of coarse me George, Peter, and Bruce we were in Wheelchair I were in my manual wheelchair Peter and Bruce had there electic wheelchairs. So the driver had to unhook our wheelchairs"s and push me under the tenty when all of the people that were going on the Boston Harbor cruise all of the people started loading on the great big ship . A guy that was named Jeremy had push me on the great big ship in my manual wheelchair. When all of the people were a board the great big giant ship everybody had took thair seat at the table and ordered their food too. I were very, very, glad that I had remembered to take my kodak camera I had took a lot of video"s of all of the people sing and dancing and having so much fun too. we all had rode around the Boston Harbor for a while. Later a female staff person named Judy Downs had pushed me over to the van in my wheelchair so the the van driver could load me, Peter, and Bruce, in his van to drive us to our house in North Reading. When I had got to my house in North Reading I had rode to the dunking donut restaurant to order a blue berry tea and I had drank it there too. A few hours later when I were in my bedroom it got dar so at eleven at night I had went to bed.
