On Saturday April twenty first 2012, I had woke up from my sleep at six o'clock in the morning and so I had got in my wheelchair and I had wheeled in to my bath room to take a shower and after I had got dried off  I had got all dress and then I had wheeled out into the kitchen to eat my breakfest and then me and a resident name Peter C. we rode on a van with a female staff person all the way to the Spaulding rehab which is in Boston.  At the Spaulding rehab we had took the elivator to the eight floor which we had went to a room where there was alot of big round table and a lot of people had went in to sit down in a chair a minute later.  In the room all of the people   including me and Peter were listening to a music teacher   and we all had sang a song and then we would all make up verses to put in the song that we had alreadied sang so every body in the room that was on the eightth floor including me and Peter C. had took the originel copy of the song and the made up verson of the song to our own houses.  A hour latre when me and a resident name Peter C. had arrived to our house in North Reading, we had ate our lunches in the kitchen then we had rode to the dunking donut restaurant aaa hour later I were back in my bed room and I were watching my television for a few minutes then at eleven o'clock at night I had went to sleep in my bed.

On Thursday April twelve 2012, I had woke up from my bed at seven thirty in the morning and I had sat in my wheelchair then I had wheeled over to my bath room to take a nice warm shower. After I had took my shower I had got my long pants and shirt on and shoes too Then I had wheeled out of my bed room and in to the kitchen where I had ate my cereal and I had drank a glass of pinacolarda juice too. When I were all down with my cereal and all done drinking my pinacolarda juice too. I had took my empty bowl and my empty glass too and I had brought them over to the dish washer so I had put my empty glass and my empty bowl in to the dish washer. After I had wheeled all the way back to my bed room to watched my television for a few minutes. Then after I had ate my lunch that was in the kitchen at twelve o'clock in the afternoon I had wheeled back to my bed room to get my four prong cane and I had walked holding on to my four prong cane in to the kitchen to sit down in a seat to eat some birthday cake because it was a staff there name Elsy it were her birthday so I had walk back to my bed room to sit back in my wheelchair so the II could get on my coat and then I had wheeled to the front door so that I could open the door to get on my dark blue motor scooter so that I could drive over to the dunking donut restaurant. Inside the dunking donut restaurant I had ordered a cup of hazle nut coffee and I had drank my coffee at a big round table at the dunking donut restaurant too while I were watching television there. Then I had thrown my empty cup in the trash basket then I had drove back across the long and wide parking lot and I had parked my dark blue motor in my garage nd then I had transfered to my wheelchair and so I had wheeled in to my house then I had wheeled back to my bed room too so I could watch my television for a little bit. A few hours had past until it was really dark out side so at eleven o'clock at night I had went to sleep in my bed.
