On Tuesday February the twenty fifth 2014 I had woke up from my sleep at six thirty in the morning and I had stood up on the right side of my bed to sit down in my wheelchair. So when I was in my wheelchair I had wheeled into my bath room to get washed up and so I had dried myself too. Then I had wheeled back into my bed room to get all dress in my long dark blue paint and a staff person would come in to my bed room to help me with my socks and shoes when I was all dress I had wheeled out into the kitchen to have a bowl of cheerio's to eat and a glass of orange juice and a big cup of coffee to drink too. When I had finish eating my bowl of cheerio's and finished my glass of orange juice and my big cup of coffee too. I had then took my empty bowl and my empty glass and cup to the dish wash and I had put them in the dish washer too. So I had wheeled back in my bed room to watch my television for a while. Then at ten thirty that morning I had to wheel in to the great big pink room to get ready to say some prayers with some residents and a lady named Donner that goes to a church called Saint Theresa then after we had prayed the we would get the song books and we would sing a few spiritual songs. Later I had to get ready to be loaded on a van to be driving to Danvers to talk to a lady named Debby, me and Debby, talk about different stuff later I had wheeled to the elevator to go down stairs then I had wheeled outside to be loaded on a van by a driver then the driver had drove me home to the McLaughlin house in North Reading, At my house in North Reading, my wheelchair was unhook from the van floor and I was wheeled into my house, At one thirty in the afternoon I had wheeled out to the garage to transfer onto my six wheel dark red motor scooter and I had drove to the dunking donuts restaurant to order a hazel nut cappuccino to drink and I were watching the television at dunking donut restaurant too. When I had drove into the garage I had transferred into my wheelchair and I had wheeled into my house and the I had wheeled to my bed room to watch my television A few hours past until it was seven o'clock a night so a guy was at this house named Steve he had his electric guitar with him and he was sitting on the couch playing and singing some song and crack some jokes too and me and the other resident sang right along with him Later it was nine o'clock at night so Steve had left and I had wheeled back to my bed room to watch some television for a while at eleven o'clock at night I had went to bed.

On Thursday February twentieth 2014, I had got up from my bed at six-thirty in the morning and then I had stood up at the right side of my bed to sit down in my wheelchair so I could wheel into the bath room to wash myself and then I would dry myself too. When I had got all dress I had wheeled out of my bed room and into the kitchen to have a bowl of oatmeal to eat and a glass of orange juice to drink and a big cup of coffee to drink too. When I had finished my bowl of oatmeal and drank my glass of orange juice and drank my big cup of coffee too I had put my empty bowl and my empty cup and glass and I had put them in the dishwasher. When I had wheeled back to my bed room I had saw a guy that was named Mike He had came into the McLaughlin house at nine o'clock in the morning to set up his DJ equipment like his microphones, his speakers, his laptop computer and his other stuff too and getting ready for when he comes back to the McLaughlin house at six o'clock in the afternoon that night. While Mike was setting up all of his DJ equipment I had told him about what I had done on Wednesday, February nine-teenth 2014. about when I had rode to my work call outside the line studio I had ask a staff person name Patrick if I could use the laptop computer to type about the Valentines, day party I had on Friday February fourteenth 2014, and talking with a lot of different people and hearing a lot of different music and eating different foods too. Then a hour later a driver had drove his van to outside the line studio in Medford at seven-thirty at night to load me into his van and he was going to drive me to the homegoods parking lot in Reading but I had got him to drive me to my house in North Reading, I had told Mike that I had a great time at my party that was on Friday February the fourteenth 2014, Well that day on Thursday February twentieth, 2014, at two o'clock in the afternoon I had wheeled out and into the garage to get on my six wheel dark red motor scooter so that I could drive over to the dunking donuts restaurant to order a coconut cappuccino. So when I had arrived to the dunking donuts restaurant on my six wheel dark red motor scooter I would push the electric door opener bottom to open the two glass doors and then I would drive to the counter to order my coconut cappuccino . Then I would drive to a table to drink my coconut cappuccino while I watched the television at the dunking donuts restaurant. When I were finish I through my empty cup away in the trash. So then I had just ordered a coconut coffee and I had drove in my six wheel dark red motor scooter with the hot cup of coconut coffee in my cup holder taped on the left handle bar on my six Wheel motor scooter. When I had got in the house in my wheelchair and holding the coffee cop with my very strong left hand I had gave the hot coconut coffee to a resident named Peter C.because that is the person that I had got the hot coconut coffee for. A few hours later it was six o'clock at night so Mike, had came back to play all kinds of different music for a few hours and me and another resident both sang to the music on microphone that Mike had gave us. Hours and hours had past and at ten-thirty at night I had went to bed.

On Tuesday February eight-teenth, 2014, I had got up from my bed at six-thirty in the morning. So I had stood up on the right side of my bed and I had sat down in my wheelchair to wheel to my bath room to wash myself and then I had dried myself too. Then I had wheeled into my bed room to get my long dark blue sweat paints on and I had got my gray short sleeve shirt on. So when I had my sock and shoes on I had wheeled out of my bed room and into the kitchen to had scramble egg and raise toast to eat and a glass of orange juice to drank and a big cup of coffee to drink too. So I had threw my paper plate in the trash and I had put my empty glass and cup in the dish washer then I had wheeled to my bed room to watch my television for a while. At ten-thirty in the morning I had wheeled in my wheelchair to the great big pink room because a lady named Donner from a church called Saint Theresa was going to the McLaughlin house in North Reading, to say prayers with me and a few other residents and we would sing a few spiritual songs too. Later I had told two staff people named Candie and Frank, about my day at the Douglas, house on Monday February seven-teenth, 2014, I had said when a staff named Wilson had drove me to the Douglas house in Lexington he had pushed me in my wheelchair through the two electric doors and a resident that lives there named Jeremy had pushed my down the long hall way to the elevator and took me down the elevator. When I had wheeled into the weight room downstairs I had saw a great big treadmill that was in the middle of the floor and I had thought that there were four treadmills But a guy that works at the Douglas house in Lexington, had pulled the little treadmill out of it spot because it did not work and Peter had put the great big treadmill in its place now there are three great big treadmills and two oversize bikes and a stair master machine too, Later at three in the afternoon o'clock I had walk with two beautiful lady up and down the hall ways. After my walk I had sat down in my wheelchair and a beautiful lady named Coreen had loaded me into the van and then drove me home to the McLaughlin house that is in North Reading,

On Sunday February sixteenth, 2014, I had woke up from my bed at eight o'clock in the morning. So I had stood up on the right side of my bed and then I had sat down in my wheelchair so that I could wheel into my bath room to wash myself then I had dried myself too. Then my little green cell phone had rang it was my friend Timmy that lives in Revere, and so me and him talked for a while I said how are you doing Timmy and he had said good. Then I had told him about my day on Friday the fourteenth, 2014 and that I had rode on a van to my work called outside the line studio in Medford, and at two o'clock in the afternoon I had rode another van to the Douglas, house in Lexington to do some walk with a guy name Mike, and a drive had drove his van to the Douglas house in Lexington to pick me up and to drive me back to outside thee line studio in Medford. for my Valentines day party. At the Valentines day party there were a lot of people talking to on and another and alot of stuff to by like different kinds of pillows, pictures, clothes, and and stuff too there were also good foods like carrots and sellory stick qucomber slices bean and other things like that. A few hour had past until a van driver had loaded me in the van and then drove me back home to my house called the McLaughlin house in North Reading, A half of an hour later when my van driver had drove in the drive way and the van driver had came in the back to unhook my wheelchair and to wheel me and take me down the wheelchair lift elevator. When the drive had wheel my in side my house the staff had said to me George, who had drove you home and I had said the Ride did and I wanted to get back home to wheel into my bed room because it was getting darker, and darker outside and that is why that I wanted to get to my house so bad and I could handily see in the dark too. So when I had wheeled into my bed room I had looked at my bird clock and it were ten o'clock at night so I had sat in my black recliner chair and I had watched the ten o'clock News for a while then I had went to sleep in my bed. So on Sunday February sixteenth 3914 when I had wheeled out of my bath room I had put my long gray sweat paints on and my tee-shirt too Then when I were all dress I had wheeled out of my bed room and then I had wheeled into the kitchen to have a bowl of honey and nut cheerio's to eat and a big cup of coffee to drink. When I had brought my empty coffee cup and my empty cereal bowl over to put in the dish washer then I had wheeled back to my bed room to type on my web journal that is on my computer.

On Tuesday February eleventh 2014, I had woke up from my sleep at six thirty in the morning. Then I had stood up at the right side of my bed then I had sat down in my wheelchair to wheel to my bath room to wash up and then I had dried myself off too. Then I had got all dress in my long dark blue sweat pants and a white tee-shirt so that I could wheel out of my bed room and into the kitchen where I had a bowl of cheerio's to eat and I had a cup of orange juice and a big cup of coffee to drink. So I had told a female staff person that I had help making a artificial flower by having three colors of tissue paper like red, yellow, and pink roll the tissue paper up on both sides and wrap it in the middle with a pipe cleaner and pulling the sides of the tissue paper out gentle one by one so it could form a artificial flower some clients including me at outside the line studio on seventy Colby street in Medford on Monday February tenth 2014 made artificial flowers with different colored of tissue paper and I had painted a beautiful painting from water color paints. At one o'clock after lunch me and some clients and a staff person went out into the parking lot to get in the great big dark blue van and rode to Somerville community access cable and we had brought some puppets too like we had done every Monday. When we had got to Scat TV in Somerville community access cable we went in the building to do a little skit with the puppets. We could only stay at Scat TV for a little while. Because a drive had drove his van back at outside the lines studio in Medford at two o'clock in the afternoon to pick me up and to drive me to the Douglas house that is in Lexington so that I could work out. A hour later when I had wheeled in my wheelchair to the elevator I had press the button for LL meaning lower level. When I had wheeled out of the elevator I had wheeled to the left and then later I was in a great big room with three big treadmills and two oversize bikes and two great big oversize ball and an great big square oversize mat too. When I wheeled in the great big room I had two very, very, beautiful ladies name Marisa, and Jen, they walked with be while I were holding on to my four prong cane with my very, very, strong left hand. They had walked with be up and down the very, long hall way and up and down the stairs too. Then a guy named Andrew had drove me and Peter C home to the McLaughlin house that is in North Reading,

On Sunday February ninth 2014, I had woke up from my bed at seven-thirty in the morning and I had got up and I stood up at the right side of my bed to sit down in my wheelchair. So I had then wheeled to my bath room and slide my door close just like I so that I could wash myself. After I had dried off I had wheeled back in my bed room to got my long gray sweat paints on when I had got my socks and shoes on I had wheeled out of my bed room and then in to the kitchen to have a bowl of cheerio's and a big cup of orange juice. Then I had took my empty bowl and my empty big cup and I had put my empty bowl and my empty big cup into the dishwasher then I had wheeled back to my bed room to watch my television for a while A few hours later it was twelve o'clock in the afternoon so I had wheeled to the kitchen to eat my lunch. At one o'clock in the afternoon I had wheeled outside in my wheelchair to got on my six wheel dark red motor scooter and I had drove over to dunking donuts restaurant and I had ordered a hazel nut cappuccino and I had even drank my hazel nut cuppucino. When I had finish I had through my coffee cup in the trash cane at the dunking donut restaurant and then I had drove back across the parking lot to the McLaughlin house

On Saturday February eighth 2014, I had got up from my bed at seven-thirty in the morning. So I had stood up on the right side of my bed and I had sat down in my wheelchair. Then I had wheeled to my bath room to wash up and get dried off . Then after I had wheeled back into my bed room to get all dress up in my long dark blue sweat pants and my white tea-shirt and my long sleeve dark blue sweat shirt too. At eight-thirty in the morning I had a bowl of a cereal called cheerio's and a cup of orange juice and a big cup of coffee too in the kitchen. In the kitchen I had told a resident that I live with how I can not wait to go back to the Douglas house on Monday, February the tenth 2014. The Douglas house is in Lexington, that is where I ride a van to every Monday, Wednesday. and Friday from my work at outside the line studio in Medford, on seventy Colby street.. At the Douglas house that is in Lexington center a van drive unhooks my wheelchair and pushes me in my wheelchair in the front door while I holds my four prong cane on my lap. Inside the Douglas house that is in Lexington, I holds my four prong cane with my very, very, strong left hand while my very, strong left leg pulls me in my wheelchair down a very, very, long hall way. But I would turn in the middle and so I would take a right to go down stairs on the elevator. When I get down stairs by the elevator I would take a left. Then I would go in a great big room where there are three big treadmills, and two big exersize bikes, two big oversize balls and a big wide eversize mat too. In the room I would park my wheelchair and then I would grab my four prong cane with my very, very, strong left hand then I would do some walking up and down the great big long hall way up stairs and down stairs. When I walk in the hall way up stairs I take the stairs and walk in the hall way up stairs. A Volunteer would walk with a whether it is a guy name Mike, or a guy named Matt, or a guy named Nate, or a lady named Marisa, or a lady named Katelyn. or a lady named Jen,. Some of the days when they would let me use the great big middle treadmill the one that got the very, very, long harness that comes right out of the ceiling when you slide the door of the ceiling open. Because I have to have a harness around both of my arms and my legs too when every I am walking on a treadmill At four o'clock in the afternoon a guy named Andrew would drive up to the Douglas house in his van and put a young guy that is a electric wheelchair on the van first then he would put Peter C. on second then me George Russo on third then Andrew would drive all of us on the van to the McLaughlin house in North Reading,

On Thursday February sixth 2014 I had woke up from my bed at seven fifteen in the morning and then I had stood up on the right side of my bed then I had sat down in my wheelchair. So I had wheeled to the bath room to take a warm shower. When I had wheeled back into my bed room I had got all dress and then I had wheeled out of my bed room and then I had wheeled into the kitchen to have a bowl of cheerio's to eat and I had a glass of orange juice and a big cup of coffee to drink so I had wheeled back in my bed room to grab my Kodak camera to show a staff person where I had went on Sunday February second 2014, On Wednesday February fifth 2014, I had woke up from my bed at six o'clock in the morning and I had stood up on the right side of my bed like I had always done and then I had sat in my wheelchair. So I had wheeled over to my bath room to take a very nice warm shower. After I had dried off I had wheeled in to my bed room to get dress and then I had wheeled out and into the kitchen to have a bowl of cheerio's to eat and a glass of orange juice and a big cup of coffee too while I were waiting in the kitchen and in my wheelchair too I had looked out the large front window and the front parking lot was all filled with snow it looked like there were a very, very, large white sheet that were laying down in the parking lot lucky the plow driver plowed the very very, heavy wet snow up and shoveled all of the snow to the right side of the drive way. So I had turn my wheelchair around to face my side of the table to eat my bowl of cheerio's and to drink my glass of orange juice and my big cup of coffee too.. Later when I had finished eating my bowl of cheerio's and drinking my glass of orange juice and my big cup of coffee too I had wheeled over to put my empty bowl and my empty cup and glass in to the dish washer then I had wheeled back to my bed room to wash my television for a while

On Tuesday February fourth 2014, I had got up from my bed at seven thirty in the morning and I stood up to sit in my wheelchair so that I could wheel to my bathroom to take a nice warm shower. After I had took my shower I had got dress in my bed room so that I could wheel out of my bed room and then in to the kitchen to have a bowl of cheerio's to eat and A glass of orange juice to drink. When I were all done with my bowl of cheerio"s and I had drank my big cup of orange juice I had brought my empty bowl and my empty big cup to put into the dish washer to get washed so I had wheeled in my wheelchair up the hall way and then I had wheeled into my bed room to watch my television. At ten o'clock I had a doctor appointment so I had wheeled outside and I was wheeled into the van by a beautiful woman named Candie, later she had drove me and a resident name Peter C to the doctors room to get a TB short. Then later when she had drove us back to our house we wheeled into the big giant pink room to wait for a beautiful woman named Donna from Saint Theresa, so that me and him and the rest of the residents who live at the McLaughlin house could pray and sing some spiritual songs too. At twelve in the afternoon we had all wheeled out and then into the kitchen to had a bowl of noodle soup to eat. Then I had wheeled back into my bed room to get my laundry and to bring my laundry basket to the laundry room to be washed and dried. Later after I had walked around the house holding on to my four prong cane I had wheeled outside to go into the garage so that I could get on my four big wheel dark red motor scooter so I could drive across the very wide parking lot to go in to the dunking donuts restaurant. Inside dunking donuts restaurant I had ordered a coconut collateral coffee. When I had got my coconut coffee I had put my ice coffee into my cup holder that is on my six wheel dark red motor scooter then I had drove over to a table inside the dunking donuts restaurant to drink my ice coconut coffee. I had drank my ice coconut coffee a the table while I was watching the television for a bit Then I had drove back to the house but first I had parked my six wheel dark red motor scooter inside the garage outside then I had wheeled into my bed room to work with a guy named Branden on my computer for a little bit then I had wheeled to eat my dinner. At eleven o'clock at night tine I had went to bed.
