On Sunday April twenty-nine 2018 I had gotten up from my bed in my room at six o'clock in the morning and then I had stood up on the floor so that I could si down in my black manual wheelchair so that I could wheel into my bath room to get ready to take a very, very, nice warm shower. Later when I had got out of the shower I had dried myself and so then I had wheeled into my bed room and I had got my long gray sweat pants out of my draw and then I had got a white tee shirt and I had got my heave long sleeve gray sweater and so I had put on my long gray sweater and then I had help puting on my white socks and my right big ankle brace and my right sneaker on my right foot and I had put on my white and my left Velcro sneakers on my left foot and at seven o'clock a.m I had wheeled out of my bed room and then I had wheel across the long wide light blue rug when I were at my table a male staff person had poured me a big bowl of raisins and nut brand cereal to eat and I had a cup of coffee to drink When I was all done my cereal and finish drinking my coffee too I had wheeled back to my bed room to go to the bath room then later I had to be loaded on the white van and the drive had drove me to Calvert Christian Temple with a resident name Anthony that also is in a manual wheelchair. At church there were a lot of people sing spiritual songs and praying and hearing pasture Tim telling a true story about Jesus Christ and all of the merciless Jesus had done to help people while he was still on earth and I could read the story two on the great big glass screen on my up left corner later I had rode back to my house

On Tuesday April twenty-fourth 2018, at seven thirty in the morning I had woke up from my sleep and I got in to my wheelchair to wheel into my bath room and then I had got ready to take my nice warm shower.. Later when I had got out of the shower I had a female staff person help me to put on my long gray paints and she had helped me to put on me white socks, my right big ankle brace and my dark brown Velcro sneakers too. Then I had watched the news that was on my television set that is in my bed room. At eight o'clock a.m I had wheeled out of my bed room and then I had wheeled into the dining room and so I had pulled up to my spot at the dining room table and a male staff person had poured me a bowl of corn chex cereal and he had poured me a warm cup of coffee too. Then when I had already ate my bowl of cereal and had drank my warm cup of coffee to I had wheeled out of the dining room and then I had wheeled up the hall way too so I had stopped at the nurses office to tell a staff person about my exercise at the Douglas house that is down in Lexington on Monday April twenty-third 2018, and at the Douglas house in Lexington my therapist name Sharon let me walk by holding on to my four prong cane back and forth up and down the hall way for three or four times and she would let me do some squats then she would make me balance on one leg ten times on each leg and I had told had about the big pot luck dinner the was at the McLaughlin house on Saturday April twenty-second with some residents and staff people from the Warren house in Woburn and the Douglas house that is in Lexington center too. it was a great time too and I had took a video at the pot luck dinner on Saturday April twenty-second and then I had wheeled back to my bed room so that I could plug my Kodak video camera in to my computer and then I had uploaded the video on tto my you tube and on to my face book account too. Well on that Tuesday April twenty-fourth when I had wheeled into my bed room I had wheeled to my computer then I had turned my computer on and then I had watched a video of Jack Horna the guy who talks about making a dinosaur our of a chicken and that say that birds are dinosaurs and it was a interesting video too. At one o'clock p.m I had then wheeled to my closet to take out my black coat and then when I had my black coat on then I had wheeled to the front door then I had wheeled out to the garage to sit on my six wheel dark red motor scooter so that I could drive across the very, very, wide parking lot and then drive into the great big dunking donuts restaurant on to order a chocolate peanut butter ice coffee and I had drank my coffee at the table while watching the television that is bolted to the wall in side the dunking donuts restaurant. After I had drank my chocolate peanut butter coffee I had drove out off the dunking donuts restaurant on my six wheel dark red motor scooter and I had drove across the drive way to see the white stretch Limousin boy I winch I had my camera that day because on the upper left side of the limousine it said drain the swamp and on the back left side it had a picture of the American flag and in front it had the face of the bold Eagle and on the very front of the white stretch Limousine was two little American flag that just were attach to the Limousine I would had a great picture but I had forgot to take my camera when I had rode to the dunking donuts restaurant. So when I had drove up my parking lot sitting in the seat of my dark red six wheel motor scoot I had parked in the garage to stand up and to sit down in my black manual wheelchair so that I could wheel myself up the long cemented ramp and into my group home to get ready for sit down yoga. So the five persons that work at the Douglas house that is in Lexington center had came up to the McLaughlin house and me and six other residents that live in the McLaughlin house including those five people all had sat on chairs in a circle in the great big wide pink room and then all of us had dad some stretching exercises while we were sitting down but two residents that live here and did sit down yoga with us kind of show off but they had sat down and we had done all kinds of stretches. Later it was dark then at ten thirty p.m I had pull my black manual wheelchair in my bed room and then I had went to sleep in my bed

On Saturday April fourteen 2018, I had got up from my bed at seven-thirty in the morning and I got in my black manual wheelchair then I had wheeled in to my bath room and I had poured some liquid soap on my face cloth to wash myself . Then later I had dried myself off then I had wheeled back into my bed room and I had wheel to my closet and I had open my closet door then when I had stood up to get the paint that I was going to wear I had lost my balance and then I had fell back in to my black manual wheelchair and then I had accidentally hit my left side of my forehead really, really, hard on the coat hanger that is attach to my closet door I were screaming m pain so, so loud that the staff had opened my bed room and but they did nothing to help me so after I had got on my gray long paints that I had took out of my draw on and I had got my tee-shirt on to I had opened my bed room door and so I had yelled so loud at the top of my lung because no one would help me which was sad they should had ask me if I were alright but they didn't so when I had put on my gray long pants and my tee shirt I had wheeled out of my bed room and then I would yell so, so, loud that I had just hit my forehead real hard on the coat rack but no one help me that is not right and not fair to me a staff person did finally help me put on my sock and my right ankle brace and my right sneaker on my right foot but I had put on my sock and my left Velcro sneaker on my left foot. I am handicap to but my right side I weak and I had to stretch my strong left arm to put on my sock my right big ankle brace and my Velcro sneaker on my right foot but I have to grab the big toe on my right foot to pull my right foot on most time I had to grab my second or third toe and that is a lot of work doing my right foot is not that easy then doing my left foot. May be some of the staff do not know that. Well when I were all dress I had wheeled into the dining room and then I had pulled in to my spot at the table and a male staff person had poured me a bowl of honey bunches of oats cereal and a cup of coffee so I had ate my bowl of cereal and I had drank my cup of coffee too. So after I had ate I had wheeled back in the hall was and then I had wheeled across the big long live room floor and then I had wheeled into my bed room where I had turned on my television I like watching the old Andy Griffin show I was watching the show for a few minutes then at one-thirty p.m I had wheeled to the closet in my room to get my back coat on myself and then I had wheeled to the front door so I could wheel outside and I had wheeled across the sun deck and I had wheeled down the long cement ramp and I had wheeled right in to the garage then I had parked right next to my six wheel dark red motor scooter and I had stood up from my wheelchair and I had sat on the seat on my six wheel dark red motor scooter. So later I had drove across the long parking lot and then I had drove into the dunking donuts restaurant and so I had ordered a chocolate and peanut butter Latte and I had even drank over at the table that were in side the dunking restaurant. So I were parked at the table in side of the dunking donuts restaurants drinking my chocolate peanut Latte while I were watch the television that were inside the dunking donuts restaurant then my friend John came to sit with me and we talked for a little while I had told John about my new black wheelchair that I had got on Wednesday April eleventh and I had told him that I had helped in planting some flowers in a great big plant pot a we planted two different colors of flowers too.. At fiv-thirty p.m DJ Mike had walked into the McLaughlin house and he had sat in his chair that was in front of the great big long table that were again the wall. When Mike had sat in his chair at the great big long table he had played all different kind of music and song too from the Beatles to Frank Sunartru and he had played some real old music too. At eight-thirty p.m DJ Mike had pack up all of his DJ equipment and I had wheeled into my bed room in my wheelchair to watch my television for a few minutes until it was ten-thirty at night so I had went to sleep in my bed.

On Saturday April seventh 2018, I had woke up from my bed at seven o'clock in the morning and I had stood up on the left side of my bed on the light blue rug so that I could get into my black manual wheelchair and then I had wheeled into my bath room and I had grabbed my face cloth on my sink in my bath room and I had poured some liquid soap on the face cloth and then I had washed my right arm and then my legs too. Then after I had dried myself off I then had wheeled back into my bed room so that I could put on my long gray sweat paints and my light blue short sleeve shirt and I had even put on my white socks, my right big ankle brace and I had put on my right and my left Velcro sneakers and so I had wheeled out of my bed room then I had wheeled across the light blue rug and then I had wheeled right into the kitchen and I had wheeled into my spot at the dining room table where a male staff person had poured me some honey bunches of oats cereal in a big bowl and the male staff person had also had poured me a cup of coffee to drink too. So when I had finish my bowl of cereal and when I had drank my cup of coffee too I had wheeled into my bed room and then I had watched my television for a little while. Then at twelve-thirty in the after noon I had wheel to my closet and so I had put my black coat on and so I had then wheeled to the front door then I had open the door so I could wheel out side and so I had wheeled across the sun deck and then I had wheeled down the long cemented ramp then I had wheeled right into the garage where I had wheeled in to the garage and I had parked my black manual wheelchair on the left side of my six wheel dark red motor scooter and then I had drove across the very, very, long and wide parking lot and then I had drove in to the dunking donuts restaurant and I had drove up to the count to order a chocolate and peanut butter with caramel swirl warm latte and then I had drove over to a table that were in side the dunking donuts restaurant and then I had drank my warm chocolate and peanut butter latte with caramel swirl while I were watching the television the is attach to the upper left corner of the wall that is in side the dunking donuts restaurant and there were a whole lot of people that were talking in side of the dunking donuts restaurant too. When I was finish with my warm cup of chocolate peanut butter Latte with caramel swirl I had pick up my empty cup and I had put my empty cup in my cup holder that is on my six wheel dark red motor scooter and then I had drove over to the trash barrel that is inside of the dunking donuts restaurant and I had just dropped my medium empty coffee cut in the trash barrel and then I had drove back up to the count that is inside of the dunking donuts restaurant and I had asked the cashier for some big straws so she had gave me some big straws and I had put the great big straws inside in my great big basket in the from of my dark red six wheel motor scooter. Then I had drove out the two electric glass doors and I had drove down the little cement ramp that were outside of the dunking donuts restaurant and then I had drove across the very, very, long and very wide parking lot and the I had parked my six wheel dark red motor scooter on the left side of my black manual wheelchair and then I had wheeled out of the garage and I had wheeled up the long winding ramp and the I had wheeled in to the McLaughlin house where I had wheeled back to my bed room and I had watched my television for a little bit then I had went to sleep in my bed because it was ten-thirty p.m at night.
