My Life

 On Thursday, February twenty fourth 2022, I had got up from my bed at seven thirty in the morning. Then I had stood up on the right side of my bed too sit on the seat of my big manual wheelchair. So, I had wheeled into my bathroom to wash my hands in my sink using some liquid soap and water. Then in my bedroom a male staff person would walk into my bedroom, and he would help me to get all dress by helping me to put on my gray long paints and my light blue short sleeve shirt, my big white socks, my big white hard right ankle brace, and helped me on with my big black Velcro shoes too. Then at eight o'clock A.M I had wheeled out of my bedroom, and I wheeled done the long wide living room and I had wheeled into the dining room where I had a bowl of oatmeal with chunk of apple inside my bowl of oatmeal and I had a cup of coffee too So, I had wheeled back into my bedroom, and I had watched my television for a while.  At eleven o'clock I had wheeled to my closet to put on my dark blue jacket vest so that I can wheel out to the garage. So, that I could sit on my four medium wheel dark red motor scooter, and I had drove over to the dunking donut restaurant to order a dunking Strang brew with foam and two bacons and cheese omelet bit and I were talking to two lovely ladies over at dunking donut restaurant too. So, then when I had finish drinking my dunking donut cold brew coffee with foam and my two bacons and cheese omelet bites, I had drove out the two big class doors and I had drove my four medium gray wheels dark red motor scooter down the short wide cemented ramp. Then I had drove down the long very wide cemented driveway and I had drove my motor scooter into the garage when after I had stood up, I had sat down in my big black manual wheelchair So, then I had wheel into the McLaughlin, house. So, then I had wheeled back into my bedroom, and then I had wheeled into my computer desk, and I would then on my computer to watch McHale's, navy on youtube for a while. Then there were these three people that were sitting in the great big wide pink to do therapy with me and the other residents that is living at the Mclaughin, house Lie arms and legs and toes stretches too. There is another resident that is named Eric White, and he had moved into the McLaughlin, house on February, twentieth 2022, and me George Russo, and Anthony Grasso, moved into the McLaughlin, house back in the year of 2001 and we knew Eric white way back when we use to go to a program called Mentor, that use to be across the street from Commings Property in Woburn, that time I were still living at a house on thirty-eight Dexter street in Medford, and   I would start going to Mentor, that was in Woburn, way back in the year of nineteen ninety. Because I was living in Medford, I would ride in a van and the driver would drive me all the way to ELY station which is in Medford, then we would wait there for another ride van and then the driver of that van would drive me and we would pick up two more passages that lived in Woburn,  then the van driver would drive me, and the two passengers to Mentor that were across from Commings Property in Woburn, and there I had met a disable guy that were sitting in a manual wheelchair name Anthony Grasso, and a abled body man named Eric White. and I didn't know that we would end up living at the same house together called that McLaughlin, house in North Reading,

 On Tuesday, February fifteenth, 2022, I had the day off of my program called outside the line studio in Medford, So I was watching a video about dinosaurs, and I am still fascinated on how computer animators can make the dinosaurs seem so real and the plant life that grew in those day million, and million, years ago and I were writing down the name of the you tube video in one of my note books so that I could write the name so the video again and watch it again later. Then a staff person walked into my bedroom, to help me to get all dress by helping me to put on my long paints, my shirt, and my long white socks, my right hard ankle brace and my big black Velcro shoes too. Later on, I had wheeled out of my bedroom, and down the long wide living room floor and I had just wheeled into my spot at the dining room table where I had a bowl of cheerios and a warm cup of coffee too. So, then later I had wheeled back up the long wide hallway and the I had wheeled to my right. Then I had wheeled back into my bedroom, and I had wheeled right into my computer desk to do some work on my computer and to see so more you tub video too. On the interesting you tube videos I would take one of my notebooks out of my draw and write down note on the you tube video that I am watching on my computer. At eleven thirty P.M I had wheeled back out in the great big wide living room, and I had wheeled back in my spot at the dining room table where I had eaten a ham cheese and lettuce sandwich and there also were strawberries, green and purple grapes that was cut in half too. Then I had wheeled back to my bedroom. to watch my television for a while A few hours later the time would be two thirty. Then I had to wheel in the great large and wide pink room for therapy, in therapy there were three interns that did therapy that were asking me and the other residents that live at the McLaughlin, house what stretching exercise to do first. I had done some stretching on my arms and my legs too All of the residents living at the McLaughlin house including me George Russo, have a sit-down yoga section.  When we sit down on chairs around the great big very wide pink room wait for a lady to get to the McLaughlin, house then we got to do some stretching and we only stretch what she said to stretch then we got to hold the stretch there for a few minutes then we got to relax when she said relax. On Wednesday, when the driver from the ride drives me to my program called outside the line studio in Medford, I have a group called wellness group. In wellness group me and some of the clients that goes to outside the line studio would sit on chairs in the Zen room I would stay seat in   me big black manual wheelchair a course, then we will all start the wellness group. In wellness group a staff person would turn on the great big wide smart board computer that is attached to the wall in the Zen room and me and the other clients and a staff person would see a video on the great big smart board computer of a lady that is sitting down on a chair teaching everybody what part of their bodies to stretch out pulse she would do it to music too and me and the clients and staff persons to would do the stretching exercising with the lady that is on the smart board computer. A few hours past until it was three thirty then a driver had drove his van to pick me up and to drive me to home goods in Reading, Then a staff person was at the home goods parking lot in Reading, for me to load me sitting in my wheelchair in the van. Then she had drove me home to North Reading.

 On Sunday, February thirteenth, 2022, at six o'clock in the morning I had got up from bed holding my railing on my bed. Then I had accidently fell to the ground on my butt I had tried to stand up but there were to many things that was on my black recliner chair and besides that my wheelchair was in back of me and the brake was lock. So, I had yelled for help as loud as I could for a few times. Then a male staff had came to help me up. But he couldn't. So, he had gone in the hallway to get the Hoier lift. But inside of my bedroom, I was still trying to get up and I had grabbed all of my stuff that were on my black recliner chair, and I would put them on the floor one by one. So, then I could easily grad the arm rest and get into my black recliner chair. But a staff person stood in my way from getting off of the ground. Because he was standing in back of my head when he should have stood in the back of my feet. When he had finally stood in the back of my feet's then I grabbed the black arm rest with my good strong left hand and the male staff person had grabbed my weak right arm and I had got in my wheelchair, So, then I had watched my television for a little while. Then I had wheeled down the long wide living room and I had wheeled into my spot at the dining room table were a male staff person had cooked me some waffle and some scrambled eggs and he had poured me a cup of coffee too. Then later a guy named joe, had drove up to the front door of the McLaughlin, house to pick up me and to other residents that live with me. In the great big white van, I had said to Joe, that it was great to see him on Thursday, February tenth and I was very surprised to see him. We talked a little bit in the dining room, and we had went to a resident to see he big black esil for a while. Then I had Joe, come in my bedroom to look at my great big gray esil,. Then me and Joe, had went out to the garage so that I could stand up from my wheelchair to sit down on the big square gray seat to my four medium gray wheel dark red motor scooter. Then I had drove over to the great big wide dunking donut restaurant. In side of the dunking donut restaurant I had ordered a cup of warm Hazle nut coffee and a omelet bacon bit I had rode in a great big white van with to residents that live with me at the McLaughlin, house in North Reading, we had rode to Calvery Christian church with a guy that is named Joe, when he had drove us to Lynne field to the church, he had parked the van and he had taken us all in Calvery Christian church. When I was pushed in my manual wheelchair to Calver Christian church there were a lot of people and when I were wheel in the auditorium there were even a lot more of people singing some spiritual song and all of the people word clap too. 

 On Tuesday, February eight, 2022, I had woken up from my sleep at seven o'clock in the morning. Then I wheeled into the bathroom, and a male staff person he gave me a nice warm shower. So, the male staff person grabbed my show sponge with the long handle, and he had wet the sponge with water a pour liquid soap on my sponge. Then he scrubbed me, and I had grabbed the face cloth on my very long handlebar. Then I would wet my face cloth and I would pour liquid soap on my wet face cloth too. So, then I would wash my front part. After he had gave me my shower, he had taken my big, long wide towel from my towel rack that was attach to my bathroom, wall and he would dry me body. So, then he had opened my bathroom, door to push me into my bedroom, so that he could help me to get all dress he had put on my long black pants and my gray short sleeve shirt, he had put on my long white socks, my right leg ankle brace, and he had put on my big black Velcro sneakers too.  So, then when he had got finished with me, I had wheeled myself out of my bedroom, and down the long wide living room, and I wheeled into my spot at the dining room, table. In the kitchen the male staff person had poured me a bowl of cheerio's cereals with cut up banana in my cereals, and he had poured me a cup of coffee too. So, then I had wheeled back to my bedroom to call my mother on my iPhone to tell my mother what happen on Monday morning at seven-thirty. I had told her that I had my notebooks and my papers about brain-injury stacked on my computer desk in my bedroom, then I had been told by a female staff person that I wasn't going to my program which was outside the line studio, which is in Medford, on seventy Colby Street. But on that day, I was on zoom with a beautiful intern from my program named Haily, me and her would talk for a minute and then we would take a virtual tour of the New England Aquarium in Boston and we would see all of the different color fishes big and small in the great big wide fish tank and we saw a couple of little sharks. Manter ray's grouper and all of the different color of plants and some coral too that is in the great big very, very, wide fish tank too. We had also seen the penguins in the penguin exhibit. We also saw the penguins at the Georgia, Aquarium too. Then we I had got off of my iPhone I had wheeled to me close door and I had got my dark blue jack vest out of my closet in my bedroom, So, then I had wheeled my wheelchair across the very long and very wide too. Then I had wheeled out the front door and I had wheeled inside the garage, and I had stood up from my wheelchair to sit down on my dark red for medium gray wheel motor scooter. Then I had drove over to the dunking donut restaurant and I had ordered a coffee and an omelet bite too.

 On Sunday, morning February, sixth 2022, I had got up from my bed to sit in my wheelchair. So, then I had wheeled into my bathroom, and I had got myself ready to take a real nice warm shower. After I had took a warm shower, I had grabbed my towel off of my towel to dry myself. Then I had wheeled myself into my bedroom, to get my long black paints on and my light green short sleeve shirt on too. A few minutes later a male staff person had walked into my bedroom, the help me to get my white socks on my feet, my right ankle brace and my big black Velcro sneakers too. So, then I had wheeled out of my bedroom, door and I had wheeled down the long wide Livingroom and I had wheeled into the dining room table and a male staff person had cooked me some scrambled eggs and pancakes to eat and a big cup of coffee to drink. Then a guy named Joe had pushed me in my wheelchair in a great big van. Then he had drove me to a church call Calvery Christian church that in Lynn, field. At the church a lot of people were singing all kind of spiritual song and a guy name Pastor Tim. said a few word that is inspiring and it was a great day at church. When Anna, Joe wife had pushed me outside to the great big van it was a bright beautiful sunny day outside and, on the ride, back to my house too. Back at the McLaughlin, house the guy Joe, had pushed me inside and I had wheeled back to my bedroom and then I had watched an old rerun of McHale's, navy on my computer screen for a few minutes. Then at eleven-thirty I had wheeled to the dining room to eat my lunch which was a ham and cheese sandwich, and some cut up strawberries, some blue berries and some light green grapes and some purple grapes too. Then I had wheeled down the long wide hallway and I had wheeled into my bedroom to open my closet door and I had got out my dark blue jacket-vest. So, then I had wheeled out of my bedroom door and down the long wide living room floor and I had wheeled out to the garage and I had pushed my wheelchair backward into the garage and I had wheel beside my medium four gray wheels dark red motor scooter so that I could stand up to sit down on the red seat of my motor scooter and drive out of the garage and across the long wide cemented parking lot. Then I had drove up the big, cemented ramp that is outside on the right side of the dunking donut restaurant. So, when I had drove up the cemented ramp, I had turned my hand bar that is on the front top of my dark red motor scooter to the left on the cement sidewalk I had saw a lot of wet pile of snow and I could not reach the button to open the big glass door. Because there was a pile of wet hard snow on the cemented ground right under the button.  So, I had drove back down the cemented ramp and I had drove on the cement in the wide parking lot. Until I had arrived at another long-cemented ramp, but this ramp was not so wide. But the ramp was wide enough for my motor scooter to fit beside the cemented ramp was attach on the left side of the dunking donut restaurant building. So, I had banged on the great big window and a older lady heard me pounding on the great big and very wide window, So, she had asked a guy that was inside of the dunking donut restaurant if he would open the doon for the guy outside and I guest he had said OK so he had opened the glass  doors for me then I had ordered my coffee and I had drove over   to the table and I had turned on McHale's navy to watch on my phone and waiting for my coffee to cool down   a minute before I can drink my coffee. A little while later at the big, long wide table that is in the dunking donut restaurant I had ordered two omelet bit Thay looked like little yellow soft bagels and they were good too. So, then I had drove home.

 On Friday, February fourth, 2022, a male staff person had opened my bedroom door and turned on my light too at seven o'clock in the morning. I were just getting up from my bed and I had sat in my wheelchair. too. So, then the male staff person had helped me to get myself all dress he had helped me to put on my long black pants, he had he me to put on me dark gray sweater, he had helped me to put on my white socks, my right long hard plastic ankle brace and my big black leather Velcro sneakers too. Then I had wheel out of my bedroom door and down the long wide living room floor and then I had wheeled into my spot at the dining room table where a female staff person had cooked me same pancakes and scrambled eggs in the kitchen.  Then she had gave me my pan cakes and eggs to eat and she had also given me a cup of coffee to drink too. Up on the long wide window in the dining room area I had painted some great big fish on Thursday, February, third at ten thirty A.M. that a guy had cut with a very sharp saw from a old refrigerator and I had paint some long white strips cut from a great big plastic bag and the female art teach had stapled the long white plastic strips to the great big top white plastic bag itself to make a great big white jellyfish  and at one-thirty P.M. out on the dining room table me and another male resident that also is in handicap and in a manual wheelchair was putting dirt into a plant pot so the plant will grow better and I had to rub  aa of the tiny black parasite from a light green spider plant too. Then I had pulled my wheelchair with my very, very, strong let foot in the great big, long pink room and sitting on chairs at a big dark brown square table in the pink room was three people that is therapist instructors, and they were doing some stretching exercises on me and the other residents that live at the McLaughlin, house in North Reading, Well on that day Friday, February fourth, 2022, after I had ate my pancakes and I had drank my coffee too. I had wheeled out of the dining room and down the big wide hallway and I had turned my wheelchair to the right. Then I had wheeled across the wide long living room floor, and I had wheeled into my bedroom. So, then I had wheeled into my computer decks to see some you tube about dinosaurs and how giant they were and there were some very, very, small dinosaurs too. I was writing down the headlines of the video in one of my notebooks that I had got in two big, long boxes from a camp that is down in Martha's Vinyard called camp Jabberwocky, back in the year of 2020, that year the head staff at camp Jabberwock had called off camp do the covered nineteen vires. I had a virtual tour of the Georgia Aquarium on my computer I have to just type the Georgia Aquarium on google and I can see a lot of different color fishes like I can see some blue fishes, some orange fishes, some bigger brown fishes, I could see some giant whale shark some little sharks some big jelly fishes swimming around in giant tanks fill with water ana there is all of different    kind of little sea creature too. like there is penguins, some sea Otters star fishes and other little sea creatures. I had a lot of fun too. Even though I were just sitting at my computer desk. When I had typed in the Georgia, Aquarium and seeing the video online it felt like that I was really there. The only thing is that there are no people in your way when you see all of the amazing sea creatures up close that the staff people at the Georgia Aquarium provides
