My Life

 On Sunday, October twenty-second ,2023 I had woken up from my sleep on my bed in my bedroom, at six o'clock in the morning. I had called a staff to help me get dress. So, she had helped me to put on my long dark blue sweat paints, my light blue short sleeve shirt, my two long white socks and my white long ankle brace that she had put on my right ankle and my big black sneakers which she had the tie for me. Then I had watched my television for a little bit. So, then at seven-thirty AM. I had opened my bedroom door and then I had wheeled myself across the living room floor and the I had wheeled myself in the dining room and I had a bowl of strawberry shredded. to eat and a big cup of coffee to drink on the dining room table Then later I had wheeled outside and me and my wheelchair was loaded on a great big white van and a guy named Joe, had drove me and four other residents to a church that is in Lynne, field called Calvery. Christian church. When we were riding in the great big white van to church, we could see all of very different color trees and the bushes to outside as we were riding past in the great big white van. When the great big white van had arrived at Calvery Christian church Joe and his wife name Anna, had unhook some of the guys wheelchairs including mine from the van floor and then we was pushed into church one by one. Inside Calvery Chistian church Joe had pushed me down a very, very long and wide hallway to a great big wide room where there were a whole lot of people playing a few different instruments and the people was singing and clapping too. It had look like I was seeing a big concert on the stage where people were playing a few guitars and synthesizers and a lot of people in the audience was sitting down on a lot of chairs singing and clapping to all different Christian songs that the words had appeared on the three big smart board computers.  A lot of people were singing and clapping their hands including me. So, when Joe had pushed me in the great big white van his come for the ride to the McLaughlin, house in North Reading, to dop me and the other residents off. So, I had wheeled into my bedroom, Then I had wheeled into my computer desk to type on my computer for a few minutes At one o'clock P.M. I had asked a female staff person if I could go over to the dunking donuts restaurant, and she had said yes. So, I had wheeled outside to the garage and then the female staff person had walked outside to the garage to help me George Russo, stand up from my wheelchair and sit down on my four black medium tires bright red motor scooter. Then I had drove across the very, very, long and wide cemented parking lot and then I had drove inside the dunking donuts restaurant and I had ordered a hot punkin Latta coffee with a few ice cubes to keep my drink warm Then when I had finished my drink I had drove had home on my bright red motor scooter.          

 On Thursday, October twelve ,2023 I had woken up at six-thirty A.M and I had grabbed on to the bed rail. So, then I stood up and then I sat down in my big black wheelchair. Then when a male staff person had come in my bedroom, he had got me all dressed up like he had put on my long gray paints my white tee-shirt, and my gray long sleeve shirt and he had put on my two white socks. my right ankle brace and he had put on my feet two big black sneakers So, when I was open my bedroom, door. and I had wheeled across the living room floor and then I had wheeled into the dining   room, and I had a bowl of shredded wheat to eat and a big cup of coffee to drink too. Then I had wheeled out of the dining room, and I had wheel back to my bedroom, and then I had wheeled into my computer desk and had watched, gomer Pyle. on my computer So. then I had ridden in the great big black van outside to Stoneham to see the Dentist to get my teeth clean. So, then I had sat back down in my big black wheelchair. And then I had wheeled out of the Dentist office and then I had wheeled back to the great big black van. So, a staff person had opened. the van door and then he had put down the van lift and when I was elevated, in the van I was chained down to the van floor then the staff person had drove me all the way back home to North Reading to the McLaughlin, house. So, then when I had wheeled into the garage, I was helped sitting on me four black wheel bright red motor scooter. So, then had drove to the dunking donut restaurant. When I had drove into the dunking donut restaurant sitting on my motor scooter, I had ordered a chicken egg and cheese wrap and I had ordered a medium coconut coffee, So, I had eaten my lunch on a table at dunking donuts restaurant. Then later I had then drove out of the restaurant electric glass door the I had drove on me four black wheels bright red motor scooter down the long wide cemented driveway and then I had drove into the garage. So, then I had park right next to my big black wheelchair then I had sat in my wheelchair. Then I had back my wheelchair up a long winding cemented ramp and I had wheeled across a wooden sun deck and into the McLaughlin, house. Then I had wheeled back up the hall and I had wheeled across the wide floor and then into my bedroom, when I had wheeled. into my computer desk to see a video that is on YouTube at the time at two thirty P.M I had wheeled out to the great big pick room for some Physical Therapy, because a Physical therapist was there waiting to do some exercises with me. The first thing that I had to do was ten leg lift on both of my legs three times then she had me doing ten arms \lift on both of my arms three times and she had my pulling the Thero bands and she would have asked me to wheel over to the big, long bar that were bolted to wall so that I could do some sit to stands three times each. So, then she would have me doing a few more exercises too. Then she would wheel me to my bedroom, so then I could turn on my television and watch a little bit of my television and then I would wheel into my computer to watch so you tube videos           

On Tuesday, October third ,2023 I had waken up from my sleep at six-thirty in the morning and I had grabbed the black bar to my bed railing.  So, then I stood up on the floor on the left side of my bed and I had sat down in my big black wheelchair. Then I had wheeled into my computer desk to turn on my computer/ Then I had saw Gomer Pyel on you tube. So, then a female staff person had walked into my bedroom, to get me all dress. she had put on my dark blue long paints and long shirt too and white socks and black sneakers too. Then at seven-thirty A.M I had wheeled out of my bedroom, then I had wheeled across the living room floor the I had wheeled into my spot at the dining room table and then a female staff person had cooked me a bowl of oatmeal and she had poured me a big cup of coffee. A few minutes late after I had eaten my big bowl of oatmeal and had drank my big cup of coffee too. I had then wheeled all of the way back to my bedroom, and I had wheeled into my computer desk to watch the rest of the Gomer Pyel and video on you tube. At ten thirty A.M. a lady came into the McLaughlin, house name Lesly to do some art with me George and a few residents here at the McLaughlin, house that is in North Read, A she had brought a few rocks for us to pain anything that we want on. After art I want back to my room to go to the bathroom, Later I had to wheel A while later it was one o'clock P.M. so, I had wheeled to my closet. To get my dark blue jacket vest on and a male staff had put my key chain around my neck and me I-phone too.  So, then he had push me out of my bedroom. then he had push me down the short hall was and then out the front door and then he had wheeled me across the deck and then he had wheeled me into the garage where he had helped me to sit on me black seat on my four black wheels bright red motor scooter. So, then I had drove across the long wide cemented parking lot and then I had drove into the dunking donut restaurant. So, then I had got a medium pumpkin Latta, and I got to drink a little while. Then I had to take my coffee home in my cup holder and when I had got into my bedroom I had went to the bathroom. At two thirty I had to wheel into the great big wide pick room there was a beautiful lady named Lilie, and she were the physical therapist. She did some stretches with me and another resident from the McLaughlin, house too. ten times on our right and left limes of our body and Lilie worked out with us on a few types of strength bands. and she even had us doing some sit to stands too. Lilie. is going to come at the McLaughlin, house every Tuesdays and Thursdays for a few months. So, after therapy I had wheeled back in my bedroom to watch more videos on my computer. Then later I had to wheel back outside because I had left the rest of my punkin spice latte drink in my cup holder   on my motor scooter that was in the garage outside
