In 2013 there were 314,000,000 people living in the United States of which thirty-nine million were persons with disabilities. The prevalence of individuals aged eight-teen to sixty-four living in Massachusetts is 9.170 ( 389,000 residents age ten to sixty-four with disabilities out of a total of four million residents aged eight-teen to sixty-four and ten point five percent nationally.
