On Monday Morning September fourth 2017, I had woke up from my bed at seven-thirty in the morning. Then I had stood up on the floor to sit down in my wheelchair so that I could wheel myself to my bath room and then I had took a real nice warm shower. After I had a really nice warm shower I had then wheeled back in to my bed room and I had put on my dark blue shorts and my dark blue short sleeve shirt and I had help puting on my socks, right long ankle brace and I had help putting on my sneaker's too. At eight o'clock I had then wheeled across the long floor and then I had wheeled right into the dinning room and a female staff person had poured me a bowl of honey nut cluster cereal and she had also had poured me a cup of coffee too. I had told a female staff person name Korean all about my day at the cook out at the Warren house in Woburn on Saturday September second 2017.. But we went to the cook out late as me and some of the residents from the McLaughlin house was getting out of the great big dark blue van all of the people from the Douglas house in Lexington were getting ready to go back to their own house but me and the rest of the residents from the McLaughlin house all had ate downstairs at the Warren house in Wuburn, We had sat at big round tables downstairs in a great big very wide room to get downstairs we had to go down by the elevator at the Warren house. At two thirty p.m me and the other residents from the McLaughlin house got loaded in the great big dark blue van and a male staff person had drove us back to the McLaughlin house in North Reading,
