On Tuesday March twenty-fourth 2015, I had woke up from my sleep and got up from my bed. Then I had stood at the left side of my bed to sit down in my wheelchair. So I had wheeled to my bath room to get ready to take a real nice warm shower. After my real nice warm shower I had dried myself of and I had got myself all dress in my long dark blue pants and my long dark blue sweater too and I had put on my long white socks and my right leg brace and my sneakers too.. So I had wheeled out of my bed room door in my wheelchair and I had wheeled across the great big wide living room and into the kitched where I had ate a poach egg and I had drank a big class of orange juice and a big cup of warm coffee too. Later when I had put my empty plate and me fork and my two empty glasses into the dish wash I had wheeled back to my bed room to watch my television for a bit. Then at eleven o"clock a.m. I had to wheel outside to be loaded in the van. after the van driver had chained all of my wheels to the vans floor the driver had drove me to the Sovnor center in Andover. A hour later my driver had unchained my wheelchair and he had pushed me into the building and he had bushed me into the elevator and he had pressed the elevators button to the second floor and then when the elevator doors had open on the second floor the driver had pulled me off of the elevator so I had wheeled in to the waiting room to wait for a lady named Debby to bring me in her office to talk to her. and I had read her a big article about the truth about smoke like smoking is very, very bad for you health smoking causes all kinds of cancer and bronkites and brain damage and other bad deaseses too. and I had talked to her about moving out of this house and the reason why I wanted to move. At twelve-thirty in the after noon my van driver had pushed me out to his van to drive me to my house in North Read to the McLaughlin house. When my van drive had drove into my parking lot he had came in the back to unchain my wheels to my wheelchair and then the van driver had pushed me into my house called the McLaughlin house. In side my house I had wheeled into the kitchen to eat my lunch then I had wheeled back to my bed room so that I could park my wheelchair so that I could hold on to my handle bar of my four prong cane with my very strong left hand later when I had finish walking around my house holding my four prong cane with my strong left hand I had sat down in my wheelchair so I had wheeled back into my bed room and so I had put on my light blue vest and then I had wheeled outside to get om my dark red four wheel motor scooter so that I could drive over to the dunking donuts restaurant to order a nice warm medium cup of hazel nut coffee. So I had drank my warm cup of hazel nut coffee while watch the television up on the wall in side of the dunking donuts restaurant. at four thirty in the afternoon I had drove my big dark red four wheel motor scooter back across the parking lot so that I could park my motor scooter into the garage so that I could sit back in my wheelchair so that I could be pushed by a female staff person into the McLaughlin house
